Should I not be happy with my order, can I return it?
  • Wonderhome honors a 7-day return policy for orders that fall under these conditions:
    1. Wrong size or scent; and
    2. Damaged item
  • To return your order, you may choose one of the following modes:
    1. You can book your own courier, same-day return; or
    2. You may directly drop off your items at our office at Bullseye Solutions Inc., 10 Evangelista Avenue, Brgy. Santolan, Pasig City, 1610
How can I apply for exchange, return, or refund?

Simply contact us via call or email, detailing the items you wish to replace, return, or refund. We’ll take care of the rest, no worries!

What items are allowed for exchange, return, or refund?
  • Your satisfaction is our priority! So if you’re not happy with your order, contact us and we’ll process them so long as they qualify for our 7-day return policy. All returned items are subjected to inspection and approval. Once approved, please be ready with your receipt/invoice or order confirmation, as well as any identification card for faster service.
  • Orders NOT ALLOWED for exchange, return, or refund have:
    1. Damages inflicted by the customer
    2. Surpassed 7 days from date of purchase
How long will it take to process my returns?

Since all returned items are subjected to inspection and approval, please allow us a minimum of 7 days and a maximum of 15 days. Once your items have been approved, we’ll have them shipped out back to you ASAP!
