Do you offer COD?

As of the moment, we only have direct-to-bank and paypal as our modes of payment, but we are already exploring this option!

Is my payment secure?

Definitely yes! We partnered with Paypal to ensure secure and worry-free transactions.

Why can’t I choose any payment method upon checking out?

Please make sure that your shipping address is covered by your chosen mode of shipping. LOCAL PICKUP and SAME-DAY DELIVERY only apply to the Greater Manila Area. For the rest of the Philippines, kindly choose REGULAR SHIPPING.

Can I change my payment details?

Sorry, changing your payment method is not possible once your order has been confirmed. Should you have a dire need to change payment method, kindly contact us so we may assist you.
